Absolutely disgusted. All these pictures of rare and endangered wildlife but not one recipe in sight.
Working on it .... evidently when the Queen came to Belize they served her a delicacy which turned out to be a type of rat - she was too polite to ask what it was and it has since been known as 'The Queen's Rat' ...
